Frequently Asked Questions

Practical answers for choosing, operating and maintaining your ZoomGo fleet.

Battery & charging

How long can I drive on a full charge?

For the indoor drifting configuration described in our technical guide, continuous driving is approximately 2-3 hours (120-180 minutes). Actual operating time varies with the driver, surface, speed settings and battery configuration.

How long does charging take?

A full charge typically takes 3-4 hours for the configuration in the guide. We supply a charger suited to the destination country's power standards; confirm your local voltage and plug type when ordering.

Is the battery removable?

Yes. Battery replacement typically takes around 30 minutes. Contact our technical team for the procedure for your model and configuration.

What battery technology and protection are used?

The vehicles use a lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4) battery. The battery management system provides overheat and overload protection, and charging stops when the battery is full. Confirm the battery capacity for your selected model.

Driving & configuration

Can the maximum speed be limited?

Yes. A three-speed dashboard knob controls the speed setting. The maximum speed for each setting can be configured at the factory to suit your operating requirements.

Does the vehicle have reverse?

Yes. Reverse is selected using the control buttons on the dashboard.

Which wheels and tires are available?

The guide specifies 8-inch wheels with 15-inch turf tires for indoor drifting or 16-inch knobby tires for outdoor use. The 15-inch turf tire is recommended for polished concrete or epoxy flooring. Confirm the tire setup for your venue.

What safety and remote-control features are included?

A seat belt and three-speed dashboard control are standard. An emergency power-off button is not included in the standard configuration. An optional controller supports setting vehicle runtime through a mobile app; discuss any remote-stop requirements with our team.

What equipment comes with the vehicle?

The standard configuration includes a battery, charger, bucket or bench seat, seat belt, Bluetooth audio, simulated engine sound and floor mats. Confirm the final equipment list for your model before ordering.

Can I customize the body and branding?

Yes. Custom body colors, company logos and decals are available. Protective front and rear bumpers, interior ambient lighting and a runtime controller can also be specified for suitable configurations.

Maintenance & support

What should operators check regularly?

Before daily operation, check the battery level, tires, brakes, steering and loose bolts. The maintenance guide also covers monthly checks, motor and controller inspections every three months, drivetrain and suspension servicing every six months, and a full annual inspection.

What warranty is provided?

The motor, battery and controller have a one-year replacement warranty starting from the shipment date. This is component coverage, not a whole-vehicle warranty. Contact our team to confirm the applicable warranty terms.

Do you provide technical support and spare parts?

Yes. Remote technical support and replacement parts are available. For a fleet, discuss a suitable stock of tires, brake components, chargers and other service parts with our team based on your fleet size and usage.

What happens if the motor or controller gets too hot?

Thermal protection can reduce motor power under extreme operating conditions. Contact our technical team if protection activates repeatedly during normal operation.

How long do tires last?

The guide estimates around 300 operating hours for intensive drifting on epoxy flooring. Wear varies with the surface, driving style and operating conditions, so inspect tire condition regularly rather than relying on a fixed replacement interval.

Production & delivery

What is the typical production lead time?

The guide gives a typical production time of 25 days, with around five additional days for logo customization. Confirm the schedule for your quantity, configuration and current production availability.

Can the vehicles be inspected before shipment?

Yes. Third-party inspection is accepted, and every vehicle is factory-tested before delivery. Operational test videos can be provided to demonstrate functions such as acceleration, braking, reverse and speed control.

Which battery documents are available?

UN38.3 and MSDS documentation are listed in our technical guide. Contact our team for copies and to confirm the documents available for your selected configuration and destination.

Will assembly be required on arrival?

964 models are packed fully assembled. GT3 models require the body shell to be reassembled after unpacking because of the wider body. An assembly video is provided for reference.

How are the vehicles packed for transport?

Vehicles and accessories are secured in wooden crates with protective padding. Wheels do not need to be removed for full-container shipments under the packing arrangement described in the guide.

How many vehicles fit in a shipping container?

The guide lists eight crated vehicles in a 20GP container, 16 in a 40GP and 24 in a 40HQ. Confirm the final loading plan for your model mix and packing configuration.
